This is one of the worst places you ever been into. There are a bunch of scammers. Maybe they should give me a call to resolve the issue we have with the billing dep and the staff. AS off 10/07/2025 still have not got my refund ???? it has been more then 2 months now.

Clown show. My wife scheduled an MRI for 11:30 am. We got there (25 mile drive from my house but the soonest available appointment) and we were informed that her appointment had been moved to 12:30 pm, but that was likely going to shift because the MRI machine was down, and the engineer had not arrived yet. We rescheduled for another day and drove home. The lack of communication was wildly unprofessional.

In August 2024, I had an MRI through Progressive Radiology, though the invoice lists Washington Radiology. Despite my insurance paying $466 to them in October 2024, I have not received a reimbursement for my payment (difference of $183 owed to me as insurance says I only owed them about $50 for my portion). Washington Radiology has acknowledged a "backlog," delaying refunds even though they have no delays in taking your money and the insurance checks! $182 is a lot of money sitting around that they are slow to release. I had MRIs at this location a few weeks ago. There was no way to know that they are now Progressive Radiology. My doctor was not able to login to see my images. Now that I am aware of that situation, I had the last in a series of MRIs yesterday. Once again, my doctor has not been able to login. The website is totally down and inaccessible. terrible office staff. unfriendly, rude and caused a problem with the orders from the doc. will tell doc not to recommend this office

I haven't gone back for my test yet but the woman at the front desk at 8:00 am on 10/20 may be one of the rudest people I have ever met. She's surly and just not nice. She is clearly in the wrong profession. People are sometimes here for very serious health concerns. How about a little compassion. Additionally, she is coughing and has a runny nose and clearly should not be around patients. I will never be back to this location.

Mask issue. I would have give 4 or 5 stars, but. One of the front office administrative staff, very pregnant, had her mask down below her nose the entire time I was there. I get that being pregnant is difficult and a mask could make it worse. But find an accommodation, isolation?, that protects everybody. The office staff is behind a shield that would protect against spray, but not floating globules that hang in the air and disperse. I also assume that none of the other staff had a problem with it.
