We love the service we get! My toddler loves garbage trucks and we have the best team serving our neighborhood. Our driver is Patrick Antoine and he makes an effort to consistently wave to my son while we follow the truck around for a few minutes. Johnny Desir waves and engages my son with a friendly smile while he loads the garbage onto the truck. They are so incredibly friendly and go the extra mile when they don’t even have to. We used Waste Pro for roll off dumpster services during a commercial roofing project. They are friendly, have reasonable pricing, and their service has been great. Our rep, Twinkle, has been an absolute pleasure to work with as well.
I contacted customer service at Waste Pro because I needed to change my old trashcan for a new one. I received an email from Richard acknowledging my claim. He told me that I would get a new trashcan either the same day or the following day. I received it the following day was able to use it for trash collection on Thursday. I am very pleased with the service. He was courteous, professional, and solved my issue.
Andy, our local Waste Pro collection driver, is the best! He is super friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, and always pleasant on his scheduled stops to collect our trash. Thank you to Andy and his company!
