Just wanted to say that Mr. Koonce has been picking up for us for some time now, and is always as friendly as he is helpful and polite. Even as my huge Great Pyrenees yells at him for stopping in front of the house without asking his permission…. Thank you!

Tim Koonce is the best!!! He always waves and says hello when he sees me in the yard or walking my dogs. He’s always smiling and happy!! He goes above and beyond. I remember one time I had forgotten to put my can by the road and he still got it taken care of. Great guy 100%!!!
