I'm leaving 1 because it won't let me go lower. The Panama City office is useless. Every other week, I have to call and demand that they pick up my trash. It has gotten so bad that they delivered a second can for me to use for free. Now, they still aren't picking it up. I'm left with a paid bill and two cans of trash. When I call, they say we will try and get someone there tomorrow. If not, we will make sure they get it next week. NORM IS A JOKE! I have had great dealings with Waste Pro Panama City Beach. I have been happy with our service for years. Mostly want to brag on our Waste technician Lewis! He definitely goes over and beyond to make sure we are happy with our service. Lewis had been a real pleasure. I never want for the driver to get out the truck but if he is concerned about a pick up or something falls out the can/truck he never hesitates to get out and make sure our service is top notch. If we had a cardboard box that wouldn't fit in the can we would set it neatly beside it and it was always picked up. The last couple of times we had a box they have not been picked up causing a mess in our yard from them falling over when the can is picked up. I called and asked why this was occurring and was told by Christie that the drivers do not get out of their truck. I explained for years they have picked them up no issues. I stopped my service with Waste Pro on 5/1/25 which was my last pickup. I had paid for that month of service. It is now June 23rd, 2025 and I have not received my refund yet. I have been told that it would be 45 days to receive and then I was told a 2nd time that it was 45 Business Days. Then I was told that they only refund at the end of the Month. Must be some sorry crews working here now. Just left our place in Parker and instead of picking up an empty box beside the trash can they decided it was better off to leave it half in the road. Edit. Based on the response we can clearly see waste pro doesn’t even bother reading these. Clearly written as in Parker and they say PCB.
