I've been in contact with Waste Pro to pick up a waste container that they have destroyed at the end of our driveway. We watched them do it, as we are disabled and couldn't get to them in time to stop them. I hope they pick up this container that they destroyed or I will continue to write reviews because they are not complying with rectifying and taking the damage receptacle away that they caused.

I called last week on Friday because I noticed my can gone. The lady told me it probably got stuck in the incinerator. I would get another can in 7 to 10 day. I called again today 1 29 26 to see when garbage can might be here and the lady today tells me my pickup day for trash is on Fridays. But yet I'm sitting on my porch watching the truck pick up neighbors trash now. Wow. What dumb *****

I forgot to put our trash out . Waste Management can awaiting pickup was out. Waste pro went and destroyed it hacked it up while we watch from the window! Why why destroy a perfectly good can that wasn't their property? We are a 100% disabled Vetern and could not address this as it happened. Very disheartening.

Wastepro missed a week of pickup at my PCB address on front beach road. Called in to report and they agreed to credit my account for the missed service. Have been waiting for over two months with no joy!

New drivers and pickup schedule, which Waste Pro failed to announce. The new driver does not know the route or the addresses to visit. Went from afternoon pickup for 3 years to early morning with NO NOTICE! Has not picked up neighbors' cans for 2 weeks because they NEVER gave him a new can (he has been with them for 2 years) that says Waste Pro, and now the new driver ignores it.

We signed up for service back in August. We were supposed to get 1 month free. They didn't deliver my trash cans, so they didn't pick up my trash on week 1. On weeks 2 and 3, we had our cans by the road, but they didn't pick up our trash. Basically, we didn't get our free month. The worst part is that every time they do pick up my trash, my garbage cans are tipped over on opposite sides of my yard or in my ditch (happy to provide a picture). I will be cancelling my service ASAP!
