Having utilized WP Mgt. Corp. now for a little over a year, I finally met up with lose ‘my crew!’ Both members (driver and loading) were running a little late due to the holidays so I actually was able to be outside with my dog when they arrived. We've been customers of Waste Pro for 16+ years and the drivers are always so friendly and helpful. Especially Rod. We didn't have our dumpster out today and he went out of his way- knowing all my tech were out to lunch- to grab the dumpster, empty it, and put it back. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Rod and Waste Pro.

We used your roll off services for out multi-family new construction project in Palm Harbor. The customer service was impeccable! Steve Vlahopoulos was our daily driver that performed our swap outs. He was a true pleasure to work with. He was patient when needed on site, and always contacted me when he was arriving. He was willing to work with us when the project was in full swing. I have a garbage container provided by waste pro that is cracked. The individual on the garbage truck told me to call for a new one. I did so today August 11, 2026. The customer service rep who was very professional, told me she would arrange for my container to be picked up , but it would be 7 to 10 days before I received a new container. This is not fair to me as a customer as I pay my bill and deserve a container immediately. This is poor service I would like to speak to the district manager
