I would like someone to reach out to me and let me know how to speak with a manager before I contact a lawyer. My garbage has not been picked up in 5 days and day after day I call and am met with rude customer service and lies. I have been hung up, told there are no managers to speak to and told it is unreasonable to ask for that. My next call is to a lawyer as I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I have a camera on my garbage cans to prove that no pick ups are happening.
My garbage has not been picked up for a week and every day I call I am told another lie. I have been asking to speaking to a manager and have been denied. I have received rude customer service. I am asking a manager to reach out to me.
Your employee walked past a NO TRESSPASSING SIGN and hung a flyer on my door that has a sign that states NO solicitations! You need to school your employees on what those signs mean, or the Police will be called on them!
