The lid to my trash bin has separated from the hinges on top. It constantly is falling off - this is inconvenient and sometimes water gets inside causing a mess. I have called the answering service for Waste Pro multiple times - I have not received a call back. The operator simply says there is a ticket open. As a customer for over 10 years I would expect better service. I am still waiting for a solution Glenn Adams

I’ve been with waste pro for several years now and recently in the last few months, I’ve had nothing but issues I’ve called multiple times asking us to why they haven’t been picking up my trash properly. The only excuse I kept getting was that they have new people constantly using my route and they just don’t know when I asked the gentleman why they didn’t pick up my trash. New customer and have nowt received my cart or had a pick up. Called today about issue and was told the cart is not Waste Pro's responsibility. Called and ask for a manager and was told the same as others, "none around or you will be told the same thing". I was told I can leave the garbage at the street and was instructed to go to a box store, purchase a can, use it until I get my cart, and then return it. What type of outfit are you guys running? I would like someone to reach out to me and let me know how to speak with a manager before I contact a lawyer. My garbage has not been picked up in 5 days and day after day I call and am met with rude customer service and lies. I have been hung up, told there are no managers to speak to and told it is unreasonable to ask for that. My next call is to a lawyer as I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I have a camera on my garbage cans to prove that no pick ups are happening.

Your employee walked past a NO TRESSPASSING SIGN and hung a flyer on my door that has a sign that states NO solicitations! You need to school your employees on what those signs mean, or the Police will be called on them!
