We used your roll off services for out multi-family new construction project in Palm Harbor. The customer service was impeccable! Steve Vlahopoulos was our daily driver that performed our swap outs. He was a true pleasure to work with. He was patient when needed on site, and always contacted me when he was arriving. He was willing to work with us when the project was in full swing. I highly recommend Waste Pro of Clearwater to any General Contractors.

I had a waste company fir 30 yrs. (NOT WASTE PRO) that was great, but git expensive. Someone came knocking on my door from Waste Pro about a year ago with a lowball special offer that was 1/3 less cost. The only kicker that would come back to bite me....I had to sign a 2 yr.. contract. BIG MISTAKE. From day #1 Waste Pro could not give me a trash can because...so many people had signed up? Was the excuse and the trash can delivery is done by 3rd party...so I was told. So, 2 months later they delivered an official Waste Pro ca... read more

YOu did it again waste pro.its not to hard my trash pick up is Mon. and Thurs. You are the worst company. I refuse to call again to be told Sat. To wait 45 mins.

I have tried and tried to get a blue recycle can for my home for 6 weeks or longer.  My HOA does not appreciate me throwing it on the curb, and explained Galindo/Linda was supposed to have taken care of this weeks ago.   So I called left messages I more time, and she blasted me, yelling at me screaming about phone numbers and everything else she could think of.  How can I possibly get a recycle can.  And please send Galindo/Linda to some customers service classes, because yelling only shows WastePro competence or incompetenc... read more

I’ve called twice in February for the delivery of the Recycle bin and noticed in the comments others have had that problem and got delivery.  The people on the phone were very nice and said it is a third party.  The first call said it would be here the next day.  The second call said sooner than later.  It has been another two weeks and really need the bin delivered ASAP. All other service has been great.

I am a new customer. My recycling bin was not delivered. I have sent two emails requesting one, with no reply and no action. I have now been on hold with bad Muzak for 36 minutes and counting, trying to speak to a person. This does not bode well for a long-term business relationship.
