left on hold for 45 mins, filled out their contact us form on the website twice, and still no response. If this is how they normally conduct business for someone trying to start a service, I would not recommend this company.

First experience with waste pro and not impressed.  Website having issues and was not able to set up online account despite many attempts.  Called and they said website experiencing difficulties and was not given a solution.  Told to try again later after already wasting a 1/2 hour just trying to pay my bill.   I will be encouraging our city leaders to go back to in-house waste disposal.

Can you give zero stars?  We have called and asked to have yard waste removed fo 2 weeks.  We bagged the small stuff and piled the larger stuff as asked. They picked up the bags and left everything else despite repeated calls. Save your money and use someone else!

The customer service people at this location are the worst people we have ever dealt with. During our time of crisis after hurricane Milton they would not work with us on payments, they have taken advantage of us. We, up until today had been customers for 14 years. With the I don't care about you attitude of the people answering the phones, good riddance. It's to bad the drivers and collectors are associated with the office staff.

I signed up for Trash and Recycle service in Oct 2025. Teh trash pickup has been very reliable. However, my recycle has been picked up only once on my scheduled Wednesday pick-up day. Every other week, except that one time, I have had to call and request that they make a special trip to get the recycling. Customer service is friendly, and responsive, but they cannot seem to resolve this ongoing issue. dog killer do NOT but from them they provided no help in are suffering from what they caused they are nasty people who don’t deserve a dime and the guy has not been relocated or fired and at that charged with animal cruelty

The lid to my trash bin has separated from the hinges on top. It constantly is falling off - this is inconvenient and sometimes water gets inside causing a mess. I have called the answering service for Waste Pro multiple times - I have not received a call back. The operator simply says there is a ticket open. As a customer for over 10 years I would expect better service. I am still waiting for a solution Glenn Adams

I’ve been with waste pro for several years now and recently in the last few months, I’ve had nothing but issues I’ve called multiple times asking us to why they haven’t been picking up my trash properly. The only excuse I kept getting was that they have new people constantly using my route and they just don’t know when I asked the gentleman why they didn’t pick up my trash.
