Excellent service as it relates to weekly trash service and Bulk pickups when needed. However,when it comes to yard waste it's another story. I'm the VP of our HOA in zip code 34714, Woodridge Phase. Over the past 2 weeks yard waste at 3 homes were bypassed. I confronted the driver who stated the material needed to bagged or in a container. In the past, drivers have picked up loose material. What is Waste Pro's position?
