These guys are the best. My driver rock and his helper bull on truck 1-6-7-6 care about customer satisfaction and they go above and beyond. Sometimes garbage guys are just business and these guys are just plain nice. They are human and this is who we want to do business with when you get the chance.
Rock & Eugene are very helpful they picked up all the yard work. We put it in 4 cans with 20 paper bags. Thanks Guys
I have made 3 calls over the past week asking for my curbside yard waste to be picked up to no avail. I should not have to go to the county managment office or the county commission office to get service that I am paying for. I am very dissatisfied with the response time for pickup. I have waited a week for pickup now I am having to wait another week for my yard waste to be picked all because 2 Waste Pro staff failed to do their job.
Had one item scheduled for pick up, but Duane and J (sorry sir, I forgot your name) gladly took a couple of other small things for us. These 2 men were so pleasant and make a good team. Thanks guys 👍
