I’m gonna leave the 5 star here because I am really thankful of Jason and Wayne and truck # 1676; picked up my box spring, desk and bed rails and headboard; it was bothering me for a while at house but the helped me to get ripped off of it; I had no idea about how they were going to collect it because it was huge! But they did an amazing job! Thank you guys for keep everything nice and clean

Tried calling customer service to get them to come back and pick up the cans that they dropped off that we didn’t even request and they were gonna charge us $16 extra a month per can and now I’m trying to call them back to find out when they’re gonna come and get them and the phone won’t even go through. It’s almost like they’ve blocked me. I’ve tried the division manager number all the numbers on the website and every single number I’ve called just drops.

The crew that worked in my last neighborhood was great. Never had an issue. Now I'm in South Clermont and they're lazy and just skip my house. I follow all the rules for yard waste and they still just drive right by. Trying to get in contact with someone is a joke.

I noticed the name of this company by watching one of their aggressive drivers harass people on the road at 6AM in the morning on US 27 6/22/26. Whoever was driving truck 0122063 License plate P39H08 needs to be retrained in defensive driving. While driving south on US 27 the driver had ample opportunity to get out of the right lane and pass drivers who were driving the speed limit.
