I have had an excellent experience so far with WastePro as my waste removal company. When I first moved to Cumming, Georgia eleven months ago, I called 16 different waste management companies trying to find a company that would remove horse manure (I have four horses). Only WastePro would remove the manure and offered a ten yard bin that would be removed once a month. No pick up in over two months, called repeated, myself and my wife. Ive written letters through the website and ive received calls back only with broken promises. Ive been billed for services that hasnt been receiving and that bill will not be paid. Customer service folks are nice and seem concerned but the lack of response from the pick up service is weak and lacking. I dont know if its there supervisors, lack of employees or what. Sent an email saying i had extra trash from Christmas. Never heard back so i called spoke to someone told them said she had sent the message to dispatchers. Said she woul also have them call me never got a call  i took tradh out in tied up bags. They came about 5 left trash. They at least say we cant pick it up. We have been loyal customers. Just disappointed in service

Yes. It looks like I’m not the only one having trash not picked on a timely manner. My trash has been picked only once on time. I called today and Lisa confirmed my trash was going to be picked up and today and again on Wednesday. It was NOT picked up. I think I’m done. I’m don’t have time to keep calling and can’t keep leaving my trash bin filled it the brim outside. It’s like they just don’t care. Calling first thing in the morning.

I was told my trash and recycling service would begin on 12/01/2025.  I put my bins out on 12/10 and was supposed to be picked up on 12/11. They didn’t pick it up on Thursday or Friday. I called late Friday afternoon and was told there was a route schedule issue and it would be picked up on today 12/15. Guess what? My trash is still sitting there!!! I feel I am being lied to . Have had this service since 1 November, 2025 and in that time Waste Pro has NEVER picked up our recycling on the scheduled day. Trash pick up, no problems. The recycling takes multiple phone calls and several days of waiting. This is a major failure.

Dec 04- Today is Thursday Dec 04, and our bins are at the curb ready to be picked up tomorrow (Dec 05). But, the problem is that they been outside by the curb since last week. We took them out on Thursday Nov 27(Thanksgiving). And they still sitting outside full. This keeps happening so often its ridiculous. I talked to someone named (Amy) over the phone on Tues, Dec 02.
