Excellent team of sanitation professionals. The driver, Matt, and his colleague, Jermaine, on truck #0233013 are so conscientious about their mission. They have waited for me as I bring my bins to the curb, and they always leave the bins upright after emptying them. They are exemplary.
I ordered a dumpster from this company, and while the service was excellent, I have to mention the driver—I believe his name was Steve Bishop. He was respectful, polite, and handled the delivery with total professionalism. But let’s be honest, he was also distractingly handsome. Truck 2313. Donovan and Ramon are my drivers for my Route. Doesn’t get any better than the level of service they provide. Missed taking the cans out one Friday and they went above to make sure they still got me covered. Always do a great job! Appreciate the work!
Truck 2128, Roy is amazing. He is respectful, kind and knowledgeable and always has a positive attitude. I started working at the Scalehouse a few months ago and he was very helpful with helping me learn the different types of trucks.
Steve Bishop is awesome! He always shows up on time with the dumpster, super reliable and easy to work with. He’s friendly, professional, and really goes the extra mile to make sure things are taken care of. Couldn’t ask for better service!
