I just heard my trash being picked up on this freezing icy morning. This company is so dependable. I wanted to run out and give the guys a hug. But I probably would’ve fallen on my face. So thank you for being so consistent and taking care of us.

I have had an excellent experience so far with WastePro as my waste removal company. When I first moved to Cumming, Georgia eleven months ago, I called 16 different waste management companies trying to find a company that would remove horse manure (I have four horses). Only WastePro would remove the manure and offered a ten yard bin that would be removed once a month. 8 Weeks STRAIGHT! I've called 3 times already that they've been missing my house on pickups. There has not been a SINGLE time I didn't have to call them to pick up. I'm seriously fed up now. I'm not taking this review off until they pick up for 8 weeks straight without me having to call them up.

I posted a two-star review a few days ago and wanted to share an update. Mike, the manager, personally called me to understand what went wrong, and I really appreciated that. He was patient, took the time to listen, addressed the issues quickly, and followed up to make sure everything was handled as promised. That level of attention and follow-through meant a lot to me. I’m a new customer - 1 month. Difficulty getting the can to my house to start service with unmet promises daily that it would arrive, they missed the first pick up, they scheduled a free special pick up to make up for the rocky start and missed that. After the ice on Monday others in the neighborhood received the schedule Friday pick up but they missed mine again. I changed because of the special price deal and am wondering why I ever did that. No pick up in over two months, called repeated, myself and my wife. Ive written letters through the website and ive received calls back only with broken promises. Ive been billed for services that hasnt been receiving and that bill will not be paid. Customer service folks are nice and seem concerned but the lack of response from the pick up service is weak and lacking. I dont know if its there supervisors, lack of employees or what. Sent an email saying i had extra trash from Christmas. Never heard back so i called spoke to someone told them said she had sent the message to dispatchers. Said she woul also have them call me never got a call i took tradh out in tied up bags. They came about 5 left trash. They at least say we cant pick it up. We have been loyal customers. Just disappointed in service
