I just heard my trash being picked up on this freezing icy morning. This company is so dependable. I wanted to run out and give the guys a hug. But I probably would’ve fallen on my face. So thank you for being so consistent and taking care of us.

I have had an excellent experience so far with WastePro as my waste removal company. When I first moved to Cumming, Georgia eleven months ago, I called 16 different waste management companies trying to find a company that would remove horse manure (I have four horses). Only WastePro would remove the manure and offered a ten yard bin that would be removed once a month. Michael Viers, I began service with Waste Pro on June 1, 2026. I set out both my trash and recycling on Tuesday evening, June 9, for my scheduled Wednesday pickup. The trash was collected today, but the recycling was not. Inbred White trash POS was doing 40 through my neighborhood. Unfortunately I couldn't catch him before he got out of the subdivision. Immediately fire that mouth breather and have him castrated so he doesn't reproduce and flood the earth with more Speds.

Trash pickup is ok but recycling is horrible I call and orders a second garbage can and they told me to sit the recycling can out on Sunday night for Monday pickup 4 days later and multiple calls and it’s still here.

I keep experimenting a past due text after I called several times and communicated with an associate to clear this matter up and It continues to happen. I've enrolled in the auto payment so it can come directly out of my account but I guess you still can't get that right. I also try to pay it online in the portal and that's not working either. So WTH!

I’ve had to call the office to get our garbages picked up for the last 3 months. This month still hasn’t been picked up.

8 Weeks STRAIGHT! I've called 3 times already that they've been missing my house on pickups. There has not been a SINGLE time I didn't have to call them to pick up. I'm seriously fed up now. I'm not taking this review off until they pick up for 8 weeks straight without me having to call them up.
