Not a happy Customer. Trash has been picked up later and later and sometimes not until the next day. Today some of our trash was dumped on the road and had to clean it up before the animals got into it. For what we pay I would expect better service

Service started out ok and has slowly diminished to nothing . Garbage not picked up . Called in Wednesday the lady in office assures you it will get picked up. Friday noon time comes trash still not picked up . Call in again. The driver is in the area he will get it today . 8pm trash still not picked up . Poor customer service.

First pick up and only half the job was completed. Recycle bin not emptied. Called for 2 days and no one ever answered, waited 20 minutes. left a message and email and have not heard back. This is not a good start.

It’s been 2 weeks and they haven’t picked up my second trashcan. My bill is up to date. We got a new driver and he hasn’t picked it up for 2 weeks. I have called 3 times and been assured it would be picked up. I called at 1 PM today because no one came and was told someone would pick it up today. They still have not picked it up.

Unfortunately we have been trying to get a hold of you people via phone last week and no one answered. We are trying to find put our pick up date. For a new company it's not good customer service you're providing. Unfortunately once I find our pickup day? I will cancel your services and continue with white oak. I will eat the cancelation fee.
