2/25/2026, At 7:55 AM heard the trash truck and had forgotten to put my trash out. I missed our pickup and got dressed to see if I could find the trash truck and did as he was leaving the neighborhood. Stopped and asked if he could please go back to our street again and dump mine. He said yes and went back and got it. Thank you....Thank you... Thank you!!! I did not get his name but was the driver at 8:00 AM picking up in the River Falls Subdivision in Canton. I think you have a great group of guys in the North Georgia area. They pick up rain or cold and they never leave trash on the ground. Also the customer service is great and very nice when you can to pay your bill for the first time. Thanks again for your service

This company is so awesome. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. They explained fully the process and cost for the dumpster and the size. The drivers that came out to deliver the dumpster was Tony Holmes and Brian Hollifield and both were so friendly and courteous and placed the dumpster right where I needed. This company took over when they bought out a local company we had used for many years. Our previous company NEVER missed a pickup. A week before Christmas, the new company missed our Thursday pick up. I called and a gentleman assured me , after apologizing, that they would pick up our waste on Friday and to leave the can out as we did Thursday. I called your office twice on 13th October 2025 to complain about my trash that was not picked up last week Friday the 10th of October 2025. You customer service representative was so rude on the phone, she hang up the phone on me during my calls two times. Your customer representative told me that there was a car blocking my trash container which I know it was not true. We are unable to collect with our automatic side load trucks when there are obstacles within 3 feet all the way around your containers, as we don't want to cause any damage.
