We swapped from republic services recently. Waste pro has been a breath of fresh air. Great people to deal with and great trash service! highly recommend!!

This company took over when they bought out a local company we had used for many years. Our previous company NEVER missed a pickup. A week before Christmas, the new company missed our Thursday pick up. I called and a gentleman assured me , after apologizing, that they would pick up our waste on Friday and to leave the can out as we did Thursday. Friday, at 2pm, I called to make sure as our can was full and we desperately needed it picked up so we could have can empty for Christmas waste. The gentlemen once again assured me ... read more

I called your office twice on 13th October 2025 to complain about my trash that was not picked up last week Friday the 10th of October 2025. You customer service representative was so rude on the phone, she hang up the phone on me during my calls two times. Your customer representative told me that there was a car blocking my trash container which I know it was not true. I told her that I like to speak to a manager or supervisor but she declined my request. I will like to see a proofs from your pickup driver on the car that ... read more

We are unable to collect with our automatic side load trucks when there are obstacles within 3 feet all the way around your containers, as we don't want to cause any damage. This was such a scam. They came up selling there service a month n a half ago so I fell for it. Was supposed to receive a trash Bin at end of the month of course never received it. Called several times still nothing. Finally called n just asked for a refund
