2/25/2026, At 7:55 AM heard the trash truck and had forgotten to put my trash out. I missed our pickup and got dressed to see if I could find the trash truck and did as he was leaving the neighborhood. Stopped and asked if he could please go back to our street again and dump mine. He said yes and went back and got it. Thank you....Thank you... Thank you!!! I did not get his name but was the driver at 8:00 AM picking up in the River Falls Subdivision in Canton. I think you have a great group of guys in the North Georgia area. They pick up rain or cold and they never leave trash on the ground. Also the customer service is great and very nice when you can to pay your bill for the first time. Thanks again for your service

This company is so awesome. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. They explained fully the process and cost for the dumpster and the size. The drivers that came out to deliver the dumpster was Tony Holmes and Brian Hollifield and both were so friendly and courteous and placed the dumpster right where I needed. I was switched to Wastepro because Express waste was purchased by them. The first bill they sent me was for much more than the amount I have been paying with Express. Then, this past Wednesday they skipped to my house and didn’t pick up my trash. I called and couldn’t get a hold of anyone so I actually ended up calling Express and they answered the phone and got somebody to come out the next day to pick up the trash, they took the whole can but they didn’t bring a new can with their name on it. so I went the whole weekend wi... read more
