Brother was in town visiting and his car was essentially in the way of my regular pick up. Instead of driving on past, Justin got down from the cab and moved my container so it could be serviced. I LOVED my previous waste disposal company and was very unhappy with the change when Waste Pro took over. I used to be able to speak with a person immediately when I called in. After the change, I had significant difficulty with the new website and the change in billing. I probably called in half a dozen times to try to remedy the situation over two or three months. 2/25/2026, At 7:55 AM heard the trash truck and had forgotten to put my trash out. I missed our pickup and got dressed to see if I could find the trash truck and did as he was leaving the neighborhood. Stopped and asked if he could please go back to our street again and dump mine. He said yes and went back and got it. Thank you....Thank you... Thank you!!! I did not get his name but was the driver at 8:00 AM picking up in the River Falls Subdivision in Canton.
