I want to give a HUGE shout out to Devin at the Manatee County office. We actually live in Sarasota County. Our 96g bin was inadvertently switched for a 35g bin. My husband and I both had called several times over a 2 month period and it was never fixed. 2 days ago I happened to be connected to the Manatee County office which connected me to Devin. He was the ONLY one that was able to rectify the error with our bin! He was the ONLY one that took my phone # and offered to call me back once he received an answer from his boss ... read more

I am trying to understand why we are having an issue with yard waste pick up?? I have (12) 32-gallons can still at the road from Monday. Additionally All other residents still have their yard waste at the street. So it is not a random problem, somebody just plain forgot to pick-up on Magellan Drive on the golf course. I called the county, he tells me we have to wait until next Monday. I pay thousands in taxes, tis was an internal issue. Come pick this stuff up.!!!!!! Very upset, next stop City County to voice my opinion!!

The worst service, I have called many times for a schedule for a yard waste for pick up on Wednesdays only we have a special area for the dumpster lines painted on the dumpster and on the ground to line up the dumpster I have talked to customer service at least 30 times since they started here nothing gets done the way to take care of our needs. Worse trash company out there. Only a driver on the truck no helper and won’t take anything not in a bin. God forbid you have extra boxes and trash at Christmas time. How am I supposed to rid of my extra garbage. Yeah I know the truck only has an arm and can’t pick up bags and boxes. Well the recycling was picked up first so I put the garbage bags in the blue bin clearly not recycling and clearly in line with the green bin but the driver is too stupid, lazy, ignorant, or all three but did he take it…. nope! Paid to have two twin mattresses pick up at our home to haul away. Never showed up on day they told us. Called next day and were told a driver closed our ticket. Then were asked to send pictures of mattresses to prove it. Did not believe us. Still sitting at curb 3 days later.
