I want to give a HUGE shout out to Devin at the Manatee County office. We actually live in Sarasota County. Our 96g bin was inadvertently switched for a 35g bin. My husband and I both had called several times over a 2 month period and it was never fixed. 2 days ago I happened to be connected to the Manatee County office which connected me to Devin. He was the ONLY one that was able to rectify the error with our bin! He was the ONLY one that took my phone # and offered to call me back once he received an answer from his boss ... read more

I want our old garbage and recycle people back I have a two bins out there recycling bins and you only pick up one that's freaking ridiculous in our neighbor has to recycling bins out there and you only picked up one of theirs if I have five recycling bins out there you should take them all

I've lived in the area for over 30 years and never had a problem with the yard waste pick ups and I continue to be extremely thankful for their service going above and beyond the call. Today I had many containers of branches leaves and bundled and single branches and they quickly picked them up without any hesitation and I'm extremely grateful for keeping our area looking great and no small part because of their contribution. Many seniors in my community did not like the larger trash cans and sent them to me the property maintenance man to get them returned, 14 cans later now I have to figure out how to return these when they're associated with a distinct addresses with each can. After a little bit of explanation Riccardo Ramos came out to meet me the next day and said that he would take care of all of the cans for me.
