I have no complaints with the truck drivers and sanitation workers. They are always very nice and pleasant. My complaint is the same as another reviewer who happens to ALSO live off of Upper Manatee River Road.. For the past 7-8 years, the trucks on almost a weekly basis are constantly leaking oil, hydraulic fluid and/or garbage juice all over our neighborhood streets. I gave this company a chance at first but they are so slow its crazy. I tried twice to get ahold of them and they put me on hold and it just dialed another number and went straight to voicemail. I left 2 voicemails now. no response. l ordered an extra trash can over a month ago and no response from waste pro. They actually sent me a bill for it, but never the can itself. Just got off the phone with Evelyn, she helped me reactivate an old account. One of the nicest customer service professionals I have spoken to in ages. So helpful and cheery. Well done.
Tommy Freeman is our driver. His truck is 0198109. He is great with the operation. He leaves the area clean and doesn't miss pick ups. He is courteous and we are lucky to have him as our waste manager.
