I want to give a HUGE shout out to Devin at the Manatee County office. We actually live in Sarasota County. Our 96g bin was inadvertently switched for a 35g bin. My husband and I both had called several times over a 2 month period and it was never fixed. 2 days ago I happened to be connected to the Manatee County office which connected me to Devin. He was the ONLY one that was able to rectify the error with our bin! He was the ONLY one that took my phone # and offered to call me back once he received an answer from his boss ... read more

Paid to have two twin mattresses pick up at our home to haul away. Never showed up on day they told us. Called next day and were told a driver closed our ticket. Then were asked to send pictures of mattresses to prove it. Did not believe us. Still sitting at curb 3 days later.
