We discontinued Waste pro services and were told 1 year ago that Waste Pro containers would be picked up . Of course people saw the containers not being used and put trash in them . We had to screw one lid down due to bears . Apparently today was the third call within the year . If Waste Pro doesn’t pick up , can I throw the containers in the dump ??

Received a bill for $84 for an extra garbage can. I called to find out what the billing error was about. No error - the cost of an extra can in Wakulla County has gone up 2700% ! That's not a math error - from $3 to $84! Asked them to come get the extra can, we'll make due with one. We're paying hundreds of dollars a year for garbage pickup via taxes, and they've discontinued recycling pickup. I shudder to think what comes next!

I have been living at this address since 2017,and solely responsible for all the bills since 2019 when my mother, the account holder, passed away. It never occurred to me to close the account and open a new one, because why? I've just been paying the bill with my debit card on time faithfully for 6 years. Today when I called to pay the ridiculously high bill, I said my name instead of my dead mother's and they REFUSED to let me pay the bill. I have been calling and filing so many complaints about my tree limb at the curb. My limbs have been there for way over a month now. When you call you basically get the same crap from everyone. They will be there in two days or they will reach out to a supervisor well hell I’m still waiting on whoever Mr. Bruce is to call me back and that was 3weeks ago today. I have been filling many complaints for non- pick up of garbage as it is scheduled for every Tuesday. I have called several times to speak with a supervisor and has yet to speak one. I’m always switched over to the dispatcher. It is unfair to any customer that pay the bill timely and then to not have you garbage picked up weekly is unacceptable it seems that the company and or the employees can care less about the customers.
