Hats Off to -> Daryl <- today, driving our Crawfordville route on Shepard's Easement off Woodlands Heritage. I am elderly (71) and was slow getting my can out curbside this morning, and the truck had just passed me. Daryl and his driver saw me, and when they got to the end of the cul-de-sac, they turned around and got my trash for me. That's excellent service and I appreciate it. Mike

If all people in our society worked like Major did yesterday when he picked up my bulk waste we would have a more productive society. He was willing to talk with me about how he was going to handle our large pile. He came back just as he said he would and worked until it was all picked up. Even went the extra mile to move to a new pile all that he had not been able to get with the claws so he could pick it up. He went above and beyond!! The Yard Waste crew that services my neighborhood Killearn Acres does a fantastic job! Also the Recycling and Waste crew always return my bins to the proper place.  We rarely get to thank all of you for a job well done, so THANK YOU.

I will like to let everyone know what great service that was given to me by Mr. William when I called with concerns about my garage service. He was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel valued as customer. So I recently wrote a review by jumping the gun and really not knowing what happen, the driver came right back not even moments later and got the trash can. I was aware that he has to document and wait on dispatch to respond back to him. So I do deeply want to apologize and I also want to thank you for your service thank you again explaining the situation and letting me know. Waste pro is the way to go I have never had an issue with them in the 8 years I have had service.

Who ever drives truck 0144618 is a sorry pos trash pick up person. This man literally just seen me pick up the trash that the recycle person knocked over in the pouring down rain even ran it to the othe side of the road for him to make it easier on him and he still didn’t dump it. Waste pro has some real sorry behind workers and this mf is one of them. He deserves to be fired.
