I am very upset with the services of Waste Pro. The cost has increased and the pickup service has decreased. I have complained several times to a supervisor to only be told it's a new driver, well at this point he isn't a new hire anymore. We discontinued Waste pro services and were told 1 year ago that Waste Pro containers would be picked up . Of course people saw the containers not being used and put trash in them . We had to screw one lid down due to bears . Apparently today was the third call within the year . If Waste Pro doesn’t pick up , can I throw the containers in the dump ??

Received a bill for $84 for an extra garbage can. I called to find out what the billing error was about. No error - the cost of an extra can in Wakulla County has gone up 2700% ! That's not a math error - from $3 to $84! Asked them to come get the extra can, we'll make due with one. We're paying hundreds of dollars a year for garbage pickup via taxes, and they've discontinued recycling pickup. I shudder to think what comes next!
