Still receiving the best service from our Waste Pro team. They always come through year round, no matter the conditions. Special mention to Robert (Truck 883); he's a true gentleman. Our conversations aren't that long because he's on the go, but they're positive, energizing, and shines light on the day. We appreciate you all and keep up the great work!

Hats Off to -> Daryl <- today, driving our Crawfordville route on Shepard's Easement off Woodlands Heritage. I am elderly (71) and was slow getting my can out curbside this morning, and the truck had just passed me. Daryl and his driver saw me, and when they got to the end of the cul-de-sac, they turned around and got my trash for me. That's excellent service and I appreciate it. Mike

If all people in our society worked like Major did yesterday when he picked up my bulk waste we would have a more productive society. He was willing to talk with me about how he was going to handle our large pile. He came back just as he said he would and worked until it was all picked up. Even went the extra mile to move to a new pile all that he had not been able to get with the claws so he could pick it up. He went above and beyond!! Waste pro keeps going up on waste management, yet my trash is missed at least twice a month. Again, this pay Friday my trash was the only one in the neighborhood not picked up. I don't understand, I was just charged $136 . They don't mind talking my money but don't want to take my trash.
