Moved out of service district in September. Showed that I no longer resided in the residence by proof of new lease. Was told I owed on the September bill even after I proved I did not reside in the home and had previously paid all bills. Wastepro then decided to comp my bill and zero my account. It never fails when there is a holiday our garbage does not get picked up the next day like it's supposed to be and notifying them and the promise to get it picked up never happens either. So disappointing to pay for a service and have this happen over and over

0 stars!! But of course they won't allow that, they hate to look bad. Worst trash removal service ever !! Half the time trash is not picked up at all or it's either super early or super late. You call numerous times and waste pro says "oh we will send someone out ... LIERS!!!! We pay to have our trash removed and all you have is people sleeping on the job and not doing it right at all ... Had trouble getting my replacement can. Finally Rick called and my issue was resolved the next day. The guy that delivered my replacement can was very nice. Thank you for resolving our problem.

I have been calling for over a month with no response. Someone stole our trash can and we have yet to receive a replacement can. I was told that a supervisor would call me back and I am still waiting on the call. We have had trash pick up for years and never had this problem before. I need my trash can!!! I placed two items eligible for bulk pickup at the curb, and more than two weeks later they still have not been collected. I’ve called twice and was told each time that my request would be expedited and to leave the items out, yet there has been no follow-through. I’ve also received a complaint from my HOA as a result. I don’t not understand why waste pro doesn’t pick up trash. When it’s scheduled too. There has been many times when they just skipped me. This is very frustrating as I am paying for service and I can’t count On when they are even going to do it.

NO ONE IS PICKING UP MY BULK WASTE A YELLOW RIDING LAWN MOWER. When I first called, I was told what to do and that it would be picked up Wednesday. I did my part, but no one picked it up. I called Friday and was told it would be picked up Saturday, no one came. I figured I'd wait to see what happens Wednesday. Two (2) bulk waste trucks came up my road. I’m a new customer I paid for a can right at first of March so it’s been almost a month and still have notreceived a can I got a bill for it even though I’ve already paid for it and talk to four people four different accounts sent in two messages outside of that and still nothing. I’m not so sure this is the way to go when it comes to service and reliability.
