10 stars to the driver of the recycling truck working Tuesday 9/30 in the Terraces of Willow springs 30076. He pulled up in the recycling truck with the big grip. As the bin was being dumped, the wind grabbed 2 pieces of cardboard and 1 Diet Coke can and blew them back into my yard. He immediately stopped the truck, put the stuff in the bin and then he used the big fork grip to get them back into the truck. He had no idea he was being watched. Absolutely horrible. If they pick up, it’s well after 5pm. Half the time they don’t even do that. I call and they never show up so no point in that. Do not use this company. They are awful
I called Wastepro 3 times within the last 2 months to pickup a recycling bin near my house Wastepro never came, it is still here.

For approximately three months, I have made MULTIPLE attempts to contact Waste Pro regarding the replacement of my damaged trash bin. I have called, submitted requests through the company’s website, left messages, and even spoken directly with the gentlemen who collect my trash. We have trouble with yard waste pickup. We have had to call several times in the past to get yard waste picked up after it has been left for days after the regular pickup day. This time I called the day after pickup day and was assured the yard waste bags would be picked up. More than a week has gone by after two calls and still no pickup. There is no guidelines on yard waste on their website and I get different stories from staff on the phone.

This is a follow-up to my last review: Mgmt promptly contacted me and had a truck on our street today to pickup the missed yard waste. I talked by phone to Mike, who is in Mgmt and we discussed what we can do to make sure the waste containers are more easily recognized by their drivers and he was very sincere about correcting our issues. It was refreshing to have someone on the Mgmt team contact me directly and express their concerns and move to see that the issue is promptly corrected.
