Doraville city recently change thier trash comment to waste pro they only gave one trash bin, which isn’t enough especially if you’re hosting guests. I had a party recently and the trash overflowed, so I left a few bags next to the bin. They didn’t pick it up, and of course, animals got into it and made a mess all over the street. I ended up having to clean it myself. When I called to ask why it wasn’t picked up, they told me they don’t take anything outside the bin I could pay $15 a month for an extra one. Absolutely terrible service. Voicemail states that we can reach out online and yet the contact us option was ignored. I called and placed an order for a trash can. I was told he would "ask and get back to me". No call, no voicemail. I had to follow up myself. Wasn't allowed to pick it up myself. Had to pay $20 for shipping. Shipping is currently late and already past my first week of service. It was projected on Friday and still no delivery as of Wednesday.
