10 stars to the driver of the recycling truck working Tuesday 9/30 in the Terraces of Willow springs 30076. He pulled up in the recycling truck with the big grip. As the bin was being dumped, the wind grabbed 2 pieces of cardboard and 1 Diet Coke can and blew them back into my yard. He immediately stopped the truck, put the stuff in the bin and then he used the big fork grip to get them back into the truck. He had no idea he was being watched. No stars 0/5. Trash was not picked up on time due to weather... understandable; however, due to late pickup, there is excessive trash. Charges approximately 30 to return. Horrible customer service

I woke up to a nice surprise today! Tamika (Sorry if I mispelled your name) the Waste Pro office manager called me this morning to tell me that they took my complaint seriously and wanted to "do my wrong right." She not only gave me a full refund but also offered to have me serviced for the rest of the year at no cost. I just wanted my money back so this is more than what I expected. Thank you Tamika for your GREAT offer and for caring about your customers!!!

I was until last month a paid customer with Waste Pro for my yard waste but they were not servicing me consistently. Indeed, I had to call them almost every time I put my yard waste outside because they did not collect on my collecting day (Wednesday). They most of the time waited until my next Wednesday pickup, which created backup and slowed my progress in cleaning up my yard. Juan Hudson is a very careless employee of this company. He left my broken down boxes on the road as the machine did his job wrecklessly. He didn't even both to pick up the broken boxes. He also knocked over my neighbor's trash bin in the process of picking up their recycling and didn't pick it up until I came outside and confronted him about his careless actions. The machine on the recycling bin is making the employees of this company lazy and careless. I'm very disappointed with this service that I PAY for!

Yard waste has not been picked up for 2 weeks in arrow and got the same repones that it would be picked up on Friday but it is still here. I've been lied to for 2 weeks. Gwinnett County is next.
