Trinity(she told me after asked her name) was driving along Lee blvd towards 82 In a Waste pro truck, when I noticed she was turning into the gas station I’m new to the area and was unaware as to why my yard waste was not being picked up so I turned to ask the process she was very patient and knowledgeable let me know why it didn’t get picked up is was not tied bundled or contained in bundles or containers under 50lb I went home fixed it and it was gone the next service day.
