Waste Pro has been picking up my waste since 2007. They have been there thru many storms, numerous hurricanes, an epidemic and every move in Lee County. They always get my garbage, recycle, yard waste, and large items (when I call). The driver's are always respectful! Thank you, Waste Pro!

It's sad for weeks and weeks they refused to pick up a trash can. To over weight. Moved 1 bag they took it. Again would not take it for 3 weeks. One had 1 bag of trash in it... It's an old can and falling apart.. yet no way to reach them to get a new can.... My taxes pay for the service but you hide your customer service info and this is all I could find to reach you... Garbage service by a shit company. Take the old can that's more then your weight limit and drop a new one.

Upset with the care of the trash containers my trash container was in mint condition the new guys or crew have destroyed my container and the best part they leave them thrown on the ground and trash at times all over the place. They cracked my container and it’s broken in a few places. How could I get my container replace my zip is 33976
