Replaced a 40 gallon hot water heater. Customer service and installation went well. Needed some upgrade to valves due to code changes.

Very helpful from the start of the first phone call. Did not need to send someone out and get charged for a service fee. I was able to send pictures of my previous tankless hot water heater and they were able to figure out what they needed and were here the next day to get the job done!
