My water heater replacement was not an emergency, but scheduled a week in advance. The company was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone. The technician was on time and courteous. He was able to complete the task in the estimated time. My old water heater was removed from my property. Awesome customer service (thanks Gabriel and Bruce!) with great expertise and able to handle all of my questions (I like to do a lot of research). While they may not be the absolute cheapest in the whole region, their quality of work/products and customer service were fantastic. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing to replace or maintain a water heater.

Great experience working with Nate. Chose a tankless water heater. Service was prompt, professional, and they ensured everything was clean once complete. We also love the endless supply of hot water for those hesitant to switch to tankless! Unit price was a little higher than others but the quality and speed of the install far outweighed the minor product price difference.
