Excellent Customer Service I cannot sing the praises loud enough regarding the excellent customer service! Bianca went above and beyond the call of duty. I was trying to move into my apartment the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Coming from out of state I was driving, and Bianca was kind enough to stay late until I arrived (after hours) She greeted me with a smile and took the time to give me a personal tour of my apartment. Kudos to the management team for a job well done!! _Bill
Loving my unit! I have waited six months to write a review so that I could ensure the validity of the information I am sharing. I must say my experience for the past six months have been nothing less than outstanding! The staff in the front office ( Shoni & Trinita )have been very accommodating and prompt! The maintenance staff has been Johnny on the spot! My unit itself, I absolutely love it!!! My view is impeccable! I wake up to the view of trees and the lake. Love It! UPDATE: 5/19/19 - now that i am living here I can give a review from the inside. I STILL love it and am so glad i made the decision to move here. My original unit sadly wasn’t available on move in day and Shani did everything in her power to make sure I got a unit. Thankfully she did because the one I’m in now is amaaaaazing! I’m tucked away and it’s my little oasis. Also, some apartment units do come with washer and dryer so that’s a huge plus!! Loving Where I Stay School system is great and I love my unit. Been a resident for almost a year and haven't had any problems.
Overpriced Dump Overpriced valet trash service, the breezeway is very nasty trash juice stains everywhere. Over charge you for water when the issue lies with them but want the resident to eat the cost. Poor upgrades to the unit only plus is the appliances. This place is a freaking headache with these bogus charges they try to make you pay. I would think twice before moving here I should have!!! You live and learn never again…

Roaches, roaches & more roaches! I moved here in the middle of July. I’ve never left a review on any property I previously or currently lived at but I had to leave this. My very first night, I slept on the floor because my bed wasn’t here yet. There were roaches crawling across the floor, I was mortified. I immediately alerted the staff, she apologized and had the pest control guy come out. Now, almost three weeks later and the roaches are still here. Unsafe! Run, do not rent here 4/21/22 I waited 9 months to do a review to give it a chance here. It has been a terrible experience from beginning to now. I was moving from another state, had a move in date set, 5 days before I’m supposed to move, the very rude office staff calls and says they forgot to make sure the previous tenant was out and now have to get the apartment ready.
