Problems will never get fixed The gate is constantly broke and always open, the dumpsters are frequently overflowing and smell horrible, there have been car break-ins, suspicious neighbors (possible drug dealers), and the walls are pretty thin. The only pros about this place is the actual rooms, fireplace, garden tub, tennis court, and pool.
