Brian provided us great service and he is a consummate professional. The whole loan experience was seamless and he was able to provide us with great rates and walked us through several options to improve our rates even further. He is also very efficient, and gave us the option to close much sooner than expected. Highly recommended!
We bought in the middle of a crazy year with interest rates all over the place. We had locked in with one lender at 6.25% for 15 years and the rate kept dropping. I could ignore one drop but not multiple drops. I found watermark on bankrate and i contacted them and they got us a 5.75% loan AND we closed on time so we could lock in our homestead for next year. I didn’t know if it would happen but we took a chance and they did it with two weeks to close! Highly recommend him!
