I pulled my credit report and it gave me the usual report. However, when I tried to apply for a small business loan, in order to boost my business, they said there was no credit history of my TransUnion report and when I contacted TransUnion directly they said the same thing. I had a prescribed/handed over debt that I wanted to settle but the credit provider said they sold the debt but I couldn’t get hold of the lawyers where the debt was sold to. We just finished a refinance with Watermark Home Loans and Moses Herrera was great. Their initial offer was significantly lower than the offer I received from the company I originally started with and Moses was wonderful in helping me navigate switching companies. Even after the other company offered to "match" the terms, Watermark and Moses were still thousands lower. Moses was also very helpful any time I had questions and very prompt with responses.

After an initial rate quote and conversation with Moses, I decided to pursue our refinance with WaterMark based the competitiveness of the loan terms and Moses’ clear communication and professionalism. Our application was not straightforward, but it was reviewed competently, with courtesy and steady progress. When clarification of underwriting requirements was needed, Moses stepped in to provide it. We closed in 5 weeks with the loan terms that Moses had initially quoted. Moses made my refinance go smoothly without any hiccups whatsoever. I definitely highly recommend him if you are looking to do a refinance on a mortgage. The actual underwriting part of it was much less painful than my first mortgage!
