Jesse and his Team jumped right on my REFI. I uploaded all the docs and boom. 2 weeks later, went to closing. I couldn't have asked for a quicker turn around. Of course, I did what I was supposed to do as well. Most people that complain usually don't follow through and, therefore, fall short of their expectations. Thank you Jesse and Tai!!!
Efrain was very friendly and kept me informed through every step of the process. Where other lenders had dropped the ball, he got the loan finalized in a timely manner.
Brian, was recommend by a friend in finance and proved to be valuable in walking me through the entire refinance process of my home. I had done some research and spoken with others regarding refinancing and decided to go with Brian as he was competent and knowledgeable to answer / confirm all my questions in a timely manner. He was always available by phone and quick to followed by email. I would consider working with Brian again in the future.
Watermark by far is an exceptional company to deal with - Austin was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to really make sure we were given all the options available. Felt very confident that there would be no problems and there weren’t any! Other lenders we shopped could not compete with their rates and now I can say their great customer service!
Moses Herrera is the best loan originator in the home loan business. He handles my loan from start to finish with honesty and respect on all my communications via email, text and voice. As a added bonus, Moses works all hours, not just regular hours, much like 24/7 if needed. I refinance many times, but Moses has been the best. James is very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I asked (and trust me I had many of them). What was great was that he understood my concerns as a veteran and was able to relate. I would definitely use James again in the future.
Austin helped us with a refinance this year and I couldn't be happier with the results. He was extremely responsive to any communications/questions (of which we had many, since this was the first time we had gone through a refi). And best of all, he went above and beyond to give us rates, fees and closing costs were much better than any of the other lenders we vetted. I worked with Moses on my recent refi and was very pleased with the whole process. The prices he quoted me remained the same or improved. I was not required to provide a lot of extraneous details. Working with the app was easy too! Highly recommend
Kevin was awesome to work with! The ReFi process went extremely smoothly. Super responsive to my questions and concerns. Went out of his way to find a Notary who's extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the signing of our closing documents. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.
