I’ve worked with Jason and his team on two refinances and multiple new home inquiries and he has always been an awesome partner. I worked with Jason and Cathy on purchasing my first home. This was a bit complicated process as my home was a new construction property that was being built, with a constantly shifting close date. This was the smoothest refinancing experience ever! Shopped around for best rate and deal a month ago, and Miranda offered the best deal and stood out among many I communicated with. She was prompt in her responses, clear in communication, and never made me feel ignored or wait long for her to clarify any situations or to keep me in the loop with the entire process. Alex was really great to work with. I entered the refi process with multiple goals and it took me a while to settle on the right refi terms. Alex was there every step of the way,answering all my questions via phone or email. I would write an email requesting info and he was always so swift to reply.
