I typed in to much money because i usually make more through the year, but he told me to refinance my car and i could still get it. Luckily i could lower my payments so i was still able to get the house.
They were highly communicative, responded to questions quickly and with transparency, and each step was easily accomplished online. It was as low stress of a transaction as I've ever had involving a mortgage loan.

Tom was very prompt with any responses. Communication was never an issue. He always offered advice when asked for and never intruded when not asked for. Considering I didn't use a realtor, I was very pleased with the amount of information he shared with me that realtors typically take care of. I've heard about the stresses of home-buying and while they did exist, he controlled what he could to make this transaction simple and as easy as possible.
David and his team was great to work with and was very friendly and informative. We are so excited they got us approved for a home loan
