After talking to a couple other lenders I met with Dave and he did exactly what he said he would do and then to my surprise more than I expected. He said he could do just as good if not better than the competition and that is what came out in the end. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a good honest loan.
Dave knows the ins and outs of buying a home. He works long crazy hours to make sure he gets the best rate and type of loan you need and can afford. I had gone to the bank for info and they just didn't have ambition or assertiveness that Dave has. I plan to use Dave in the future for my next home.
Worked with Dave on our original mortgage and went back to him. Both times. Both times, he was professional, responsive, and helped us get the best deal possible with lower fees and rate than other places in the area we had checked. Every time I called, either I was able to speak to him directly or received a call back within 10 minutes. Closing occurred as scheduled and the final fee was lower than the original estimate.
