Tim was there the whole process explaining it I would I would’ve never known what to do for the process and he made it easy for me even though we had a lot of stuff we had to get but it was he made it as pleasant as possible and I would refer him to all my friends
I was kept informed during the entire process and everything was digital and was clear on what items were still outstanding vs completed.
