Seth Stern was great! My Sister-in-law recommended him to me as I was wanting to refinance and never done anything with a house before. I will say it was an easy process! Him and his team walked me through the process, answered all my questions. Helped get all the appraisals and survey done without adding additional stress on to me. I was interested in finding out more about the first time homebuyer program, and I found Mary McBride's name in a google search. I called. She took the lead and set me up with a realtor, Steve Scherpf, who was familiar with the process, and away we went. A month and a half later, I closed on my home!
