I’ve used Mary twice in the last 2 years. There is a reason for this. She is by far the most knowledgeable and professional mortgage broker on the west coast of Florida. Seth was very helpful - and always timely in his responses. Finding my house took 16 offers over 19 mos - Seth hung in the entire time. He also guided me on how to get the best interest rate. I definitely recommend him and Waterstone.
