Cole Holmes team at Waterstone Mortgage is incredible. They are very knowledgeable and really care about your experience. I had a good rate (low 4%) already, but Cole was so diligently watching the market movement he was able to bring it down to upper 3.775%. They send helpful videos to simply explain whatever step in the process you are in. They are very communicative and will work with you via text as well. They’re an all around caring, well put together team of experts.

Diane Motz is phenomenal and made our first time home buying process a complete breeze. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and made herself available to go over every step of the process when we were starting to look for a home. She worked very hard to get everything done within a short amount of time that we had and couldn’t have been happier. Diane has the most fantastic attitude and is such a delightful person.
