Cole and Karen from Waterstone mortgage were professional and a pleasure to work with. My loans were processed efficiently and we closed quickly. It's nice to have a local provider too get things done smoothly.
We refinanced our home through Cole Holmes at Waterstone Mortgage and we’re pleasantly surprised at how painless it was! The entire team was professional, responsive, and friendly. They had automated a lot of the paperwork, which made the process simpler than when we refinanced in the past. They were flexible on timing and able to lock in our rate while we worked through some challenges with our existing mortgage. Overall it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend them.
Diane must be the Wonder Woman of finance! Due to issues from my end it was not smooth and easy to get financed but Diane was able to get me past Multiple obstacles. I doubt that a different lender would have been able to. I honestly believe that If I had a different lender I would not have been able to get my house.
This isn’t my wife and I’s first rodeo dealing with a lender but it most definitely was the best experience we’ve had with one! Cole kept us in the loop the entire time. We never had to ask a single question about where we were at in the process. He just constantly kept us updated. I can’t imagine a better experience at any other mortgage company so they got us for life!! Thanks Cole!

When I began my homebuying process I first got pre-approved by Veteran's United. Three days after we were supposed to close on my house they denied my loan for reasons I still cannot fathom. That is when I called Travis. Travis and his team efficiently collected all of my information, contacting me when necessary for anything further and got me approved on a loan with enough time for my wife and I to purchase our home. I have used Travis and his team many times and he is always responsive and knowledgeable. He takes initiative to communicate with my realtor and I and very aware of deadlines and needs.

I was needing to purchase a property in Washington State and the people at Waterstone made it very easy. I had used Waterstone in 2018 to make a North Texas Purchase and it was just as easy to purchase out of state. We where able to close in 30 days
