I have re-financed TWICE with Sean and he and his team have exceeded my expectations both times. The first time I met him he actually told me the truth and advised me NOT to do anything because it wasn’t right financially. He said when it got to a certain point rate wise to come back and see him. Rates changed favorably years later and I called him back. He was the only honest person to tell me the time wasn’t right then. It got him my business TWICE after that! Trust!!!
Working with Sean was excellent and very helpful I think I closed because of him but people who process the application needs more training or something when you work with investor like me not being the typical borrower
