As a first time home buyer I was of course stressed and confused. However, between my realtor and Joe the process was seamless. I felt at ease, confident, and informed throughout the entire process. Joe was readily available by text or phone whenever I had questions and responded promptly. Joe would occasionally check in with me as well to ensure I was okay or if I needed help with anything house related. Couldn’t be more happy with the outcome of the process. Joe is a great guy!
Walter did a great job assisting us through the entire process of home purchasing from the pre-approval all the way through to closing. He is responsive and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and his team to anyone, even if you are a first time owner like myself.
