What else can we say except AMAZING! No lender has ever taken the time to help us with such detail and depth that Amy has. When we walked in she greeted us like we have been friends for years.. A truly amazing experience all the way thru our loan process with updates on where we were and when we will get to the end so we can open the door and enter the home we have here in Arizona. If you pass on Amy, you're making a bad decision.. Love this lady!
She was completely knowledgeable of anything needing to be done, wanting to be done or even scenarios of what could be done. And then on top of that she could relay the information in a way that I could understand. She kept me thoroughly informed, I didn't have to go to her for news, she always came to me. Plus she works with a great team that is always on top of the ball helping each other and keeping each other informed incase of an absence happening.
Amy is someone who goes out of her way to help us through the ordeal of buying a new home, explains in plain language all the minutia within contracts and is there when needed.
Was a great experience working with her If I had to do it all again I would. She made the process of my first purchase enjoyable. I would highly recommend her for your mortgage needs.
