Amy helped me with every step of my home buying purchase. She is smart & knowledgeable & truly cares. When the appraisal came in lower than expected, the sellers agreed to lower the price to match the appraisal but withdrew their offer to cover closing costs snd and other concessions. Wow, I was blown away by Amy's understanding of the entire mortgage process. This was our first mortgage refinance and I didn't know what to expect or even what I would need to do. Amy and her team of loan professionals cannot be beat in the industry. For a recent house purchase I applied with three lenders. None of them even came close to the speed with which Amy processed the loan. Quite frankly if there is a way to get one's loan done in a timely fashion Amy will find it.Amy is on top of the home loan business and can find one the best rates available.
