It was such a pleasure to have Ray help us with the refinancing of our existing mortgage loan. Ray is an advocate for his clients and he helped us remove PMI insurance since our house has appreciated significantly since we purchased it 3 years ago. We had put off refinancing for a year because we dreaded all the paper work involved. Ray jumped in and helped us navigate the process and making it simple and effortless. He also thankfully locked in our rate before it trended up prior to closing.
Ray was always available if I had questions or concerns. He answered my questions even when he was off from work.
Ray Tweedie is without question the best! He is super encouraging just when you think your credit score isn't good enough. He finds an excellent mortgage rate, secures it, and gets it pushed through with an enthusiasm that makes the customer feel great! We feel so confident in him!
