Despite a volatile market, Ray stands by his word, his promises, his rates. His attention to detail and no-pressure approach make the entire experience as enjoyable as it can be. He sticks with you until the very end, and remains in the loop while delegating tasks to other entities (title attorneys, underwriters). He assisted me with a title problem due to errors by the title attorney from a previous transaction. Still, Ray was able to trim the rate faster than my existing mortgage company!

We had a sobering quote with another lender and with insistence from our realtors we got a second opinion from Ray. He got us a rate at 1.25% better than the best the other lender could do and with the numbers we went with it was actually 2.0% better than the other lender could get us. He answered every text message immediately and email and all my questions. Can't say enough good things.
