Nichole made the whole experience amazing from start to finish. Provided the highest level of customer service and expertise which allowed us to feel comfortable in moving forward with refinancing our current mortgage. Provided multiple options to fit our budget and financial goals. She has a supporting staff that is just as amazing. They did not miss a beat on getting the process started and finishing it in a timely fashion. Truly grateful for everything Nichole and her team has done for us.
Moving towards closing was a bit of a pain. Simply meaning all the paperwork I had to send but that's just part of pre-closing. Closing was quick with all paperwork in place. Thanks

Nichole is the best!What I liked was that she was responsive and very straight to the point. I had checked a few different mortgage companies for rates. Some of them called me back and wasn't really interested in getting my business. Since everyone was trying to get their properties refinanced due to lower rates,but Nichole seemed to have the best interest rate and was the most easy Work with.
