Communication organization and transparency.
Going into the process of a refinance with very little knowledge of how it all works is a bit scary , however Nichole and her team did a fantastic job of explaining everything and keeping me updated on all of the steps. I was impressed with the ease at which documents could be sent and received and the speed at which everything was addressed. Communication was top notch at all times. Thank you for making a mortgage refinance actually a fun experience !
Nicole was very helpful to get the process started and loan pre approved. She was very punctual on everything we needed to do to get the loan approved and any mishaps we had she was on the ball about getting it fixed. She communicated very well above and beyond.
