We searched for carpet and flooring for months at big box store, found what we wanted but decided to go local. The entire experience was very positive! Tee took her time assisting with picking out flooring and carpeting and didn’t rush us. We appreciate that she was the only one working with us eliminating any confusion or delays with the installation. The installers were very professional and courteous. We are sure we received the best service with Watkins Floor Coverings and highly recommend them!

Working with the team at Watkins when creating the look for our new home was remarkable. From the beginning, Donnie, and Alison were helpful and knowledgeable when designing our dream home. Watkins Floors and their hardwood flooring technician Arthur did a fantastic job renovating our maple floors as they look brand new and were so pleasant to deal with. Great job Arthur as we are SO happy with your results!!! You dealt with floors that were water damaged and floors that were uneven in stain so thanks for taking care of it all. Very pleased.
Amanda Bland has helped me on four different installations. She is knowledgeable, extremely customer focused and honest. She does a wonderful job helping me sort through all the options and helping me arrive at the right decision. I’m delighted with the results and will be glad to work with her on future flooring needs. She also has a great sense of humor which makes the whole process even better!
