My husband and I were very pleased with our experience with Watkins and specifically Amanda Bland she was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process from choosing the Carpeting and LVP to final installation she was up front and honest with us about some issues we would have due to the type of flooring we chose to a snag we had with the carpeting which was taken care immediately. We would definitely recommend Watkins, thank you Amanda.

We worked with Amanda Bland and she was excellent throughout the process. She stayed in contact with us and followed through every time. Everything was done when promised and the flooring looks great! We are very happy that we chose Watkins flooring. Everyone in the office ( another Amanda and Jason L) as well as the installers (Jeremy and crew) were on time and professional. We also met the owner Donnie who was extremely helpful and nice as well. Thanks Watkins flooring!

I need to add some stars to let you know our positive relationship with Watkins Flooring and Jaime Lucas as our sales Representative. I work for a local builder here in Jacksonville, Pin Mills. I help buyers with the color selection process. Our builders get all of our flooring and Tile work through Watkins Flooring. Our recent install with the Watkins Flooring team was one of several we have had over the past 10 years and to no surprise we have had awesome results each time. The team went above and beyond even after running into uncontrollable obstacles to ensure a perfect final product. They were very accommodating to our work schedules. The individuals that installed the flooring were very curtious, professional, and perfectionists. We highly recommend their team and there will be no one else installing floors in our home.

I'm not local so needed someone who could work around the limited times I'd be in town to fix up the house. Amanda changed her schedule and made that happen. The team she sent out adjusted to a few "issues" once the old floor was up, and were flexible to deliver a wonderful finished product of 3 levels LVP and 3 staircases carpet.

We worked with Amanda Blane through a very tough time in our life. We lost 2 condos due to hurricane Florence. Emotions were high and Amanda kept me calm from choosing best products to day of installation Promise made was always a promise kept Watkins is very blessed to have an employee who care about the customer as well as the quality of the job. Kathleen was so nice and she helped us out so much, they had great costumer Service, the installers worked so hard and they did a great job. The floor was done on time and was amazing!!!
