I was told my service started on 3/13 and when I finally moved in my apartment on 3/21 I did not have any internet service. The tech on the phone had me try 6 different outlets and finally decided to get tech to come out on 3/25. Tech was on time and I was up and running in less than and hour. Do your tech check when they turn service on to make sure the unit is up and running?? Guess my unit was not checked??? Hope I’m going to receive a credit 15 days I did not have service. Installer was very pleasant and was in and out in no time at all. He showed me how to use controller and even helped me get my computer on line that I had not been able to do
