I had two interactions recently. One was a home visit and the other a troubleshooting call. Both technicians are knowledgeable, professional and kind. Ed and Rachel were very helpful and went out of their way to identify and solve multiple issues.

Rachel was great! Walked me through every step to solve the problem. Answered all my questions about billing matters—and couldn’t have been more helpful! And all on a Sunday! Totally impressed and appreciative.

The first two people I talked to on Friday didn’t have a clue and the second one said she’d call Back but didn’t However on Saturday I was able to talk to Rachel and she was able to help me and as promised called me back. Rachel definitely knows her job!!! I can’t thank her enough.

Wavefly is rarely down, it's been months and months since the last, this outage wasn't but an hour, what's new is their texted response and again when it was back up, all of it immediate! Their customer response has always been excellent but this just made it even better!

I'm very pleased with Wavefly service, but the *30 number blocking feature for my home phone doesn't work. I believe the matter is being looked at. I've had no problems with the internet service that weren't resolved very quickly.

I absolutely dread calling customer support in every scenario, but after several weeks of faulty internet, I had to act. Kim was the most helpful, personable, and patient technician I’ve ever worked with. She walked me through every troubleshooting option available, while also reviewing user history and substantiated the issues I was reporting. They were taken over BUT kept their HIGH QUALITY staff, we have had no issues, no outages as my neighbors with big competitors always complaining, they answer the phone and ALWAYS respond ASAP, can't say enough about our ST Augustine supplier, thank you!!!
