So convenient! So convenient! The number of parking tickets I receive due to not having change on hand has decreased significantly! However, there are a few bugs in the new version. Sometimes, it won't allow me to select the desired end time.

Eliminates the need to search for change in my purse The parking meter shows expired even after I pay through my phone. However, my phone reflects the correct time. Significant improvements over the past year The interface has undergone significant improvements over the past year or so. It's now much more pleasant to use! Great app, it took seconds to set up my parking. The slide gauge for time is incredibly convenient.

I'm done parking When I pay with the app, I can prepay for tons more time than I need and when I'm done parking, I stop the payment and only pay for what I've actually used. It's fast and it's easy to use and set up.

Great Chat line The live chat answered all my questions quickly. Discovered that Way. Way offers shuttle to the cruise port. I was advised that if the cruise got cancelled, Way would provide me with a refund for the parking booked.
No hassles. Payment system straight forward. System could be more intuitive like filling in state info once a zip code was input.
