Booked parking and cancellation I booked parking then had to cancel 15 minutes later and less than 24 hours before. The reviews scared me when I had to cancel and had to install the app on my phone to actually cancel. The customer service was actually ok and would have given 5 stars for support, but they tacked on 25% on advertised rate at check out. The woman said the refund would be 7 to 10 business days but its already being processed - decent customer service, bad advertised rates.
