Wayne Sherrill was excellent to work with and kept us up to date on the process. He made the entire loan process easy for. Wayne even crunched numbers for us when it came to buying points as to what was our best option.
Wayne assisted us with an FHA purchase. He was able to walk us through every step of the process with ease. He was able to explain everything in terminology we were able to understand and comprehend. Wayne was very responsive through email and was highly available. This made our home buying experience at lot less stressful and we cannot thank him enough.

From the pre-approval process through to closing Wayne was there every step of the way. He answered all of our questions very promptly and always made us feel important.
