Wayne assisted us with an FHA purchase. He was able to walk us through every step of the process with ease. He was able to explain everything in terminology we were able to understand and comprehend. Wayne was very responsive through email and was highly available. This made our home buying experience at lot less stressful and we cannot thank him enough.

Very helpful. Worked via e-mail, but it didn't matter. He was prompt, courteous, genuine, knowledgeable. He was recommended to me by two colleagues. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing or refinancing a home.

Mr. Sherrill, was very professional and was proficient in his work. He met our needs and went out of his way to ensure we received the best rate possible. He also laid out many scenarios that we could choose from that would best fit our needs and the needs of our financial situation . I would recommend his work to any friends and family. We would defiantly go back and work with him again.

This was the third time my husband and I have used Wayne Sherrill's services. Initially, we used his services to purchase our home and again to refinance from an adjustable rate mortgage to a 30-year fixed mortgage. Just this past week, we refinanced again with Wayne Sherrill to reduce our interest rates and to decrease our monthly house payments in order to help pay off our debt. While working with Wayne on our first time buying our home. We were very please with how quick he got back to us, as well as making the process as fast as possible.
