Stopped in to look at wood flooring as we are updating our home. The two salespeople just sat at the desk. Neither came over to offer any assistance. After we asked for some help, the woman came over and answered our questions. She had no interest in helping, so we left. Went to Hessler and Chris was terrific. He got the sale. My impression of WW is, don't bother to go there.

We unfortunately have had a bad experience with Wayne Wiles. When redoing a home, we replaced all of the floors...quite the investment. Early on, the grout started coming out and it has not stopped. The floors really do not look good and we are not sure what to do. We tried re-grouting but it doesn't seem to have solved the problem. I would be happy to share pictures for those thinking about putting in new flooring. Don Molten

most of the people did not have mask including the sales force
It all started with Daniel the sales person.Himself,project manager Jeff and even the owner Steve Wiles didn't know that Akua the shower floor tile would change color when wet or grouted.We found out after the install.They also used a very bad inexpierencd sub-contractor for tile install.Daniel accused us for narrowing shower width---we had pictures and even house plans showing width.Old floor needed prepped --ground and sanded before installing new Vinal Plank Floor.This should have been done first---held up job .Crew worke... read more

I can;t say enough about Wayne Wiles We have use this company 3 times and never was disappointed. Rugs in my Condo beautiful job. Laminate in my 2nd home and to this day everyone says that the floors are beautiful even though many years old I just bought my last home and Wayne Wiles pulled through again this time i got water proof flooring Turned out beautiful the Installers went above and beyond finished one day and help me with another problem. They discovered a leak I had to get fixed

One of the worst installation contractors for floors and tiled areas I have experienced. Poorly supervised and inexperienced installation crew for laminate floors and tile areas in our bathrooms and kitchen area resulted in replacement of entire mb shower area, uneven tile install, use of wrong grout color, and chipped and damaged tiles. Laminate floors were chipped, scratched; and in some areas, no laminate floor. Instead I looked at concrete sub floor. Called service to make corrections, outcome was much better.

Gave you one star more than you deserved. I have never experienced more shoddy workmanship in my short life. Take some well deserved advice. If I were you, I would get out of the business. You are not cut out to be in the business you are in.

That commercial with the woman who tries to be Julie Roberts is really sad. I would really be ashamed if I was her.
