Excellent communication. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. They did a great job, quickly but done well. Great price. I have purchased lightning rods before as well as priced out several services. This is the company I would highly recommend.
I got a response and estimate the same day. They charged 50% less than our local service charged. I was surprised when I heard they were based out of town. They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, very clean and completed the job in a timely manner. It was a refreshing association and I strongly recommend using WP Lightning Rods. William Burden, the owner, is a man of his word.
They were prompt and courteous. No waiting around for contractor to get started or partially finished job. Provided attractive lightning rod system and do automatic 3 year checks on the system. As an aside they were able to comment on the cedar shake roof condition while up there-a very frightening job up three stories in the air.

I think they are terrific. We would highly recommend them to anyone. It was done thoroughly and efficiently.
My personal thoughts I feel that I was over charged to put in a "GF1". Meaning I already had the outlet but also felt as if I was charged for the gentleman not having the part with him on hand but he had to go to home depot to purchase I was charged $345.00 I would like to keep my friends and family there for I would not be recommending them for the use of this company
We have been hit twice by lightning by God's grace either one hit our home however the last strike burnt art motorhome to the ground William was hired to install lightning protection lightning rods on our home and two out buildings he took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know answering every question professionally conducted himself in the utmost professional manner I would highly recommend lightning rods and even more highly recommended hiring William to do the job we are going to do an expansion later on ... read more
For the last 7 months they had not fulfilled their contractual obligation to reinstall our lightning rods and refuse to communicate with us.
