I got a response and estimate the same day. They charged 50% less than our local service charged. I was surprised when I heard they were based out of town. They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, very clean and completed the job in a timely manner. They were prompt and courteous. No waiting around for contractor to get started or partially finished job. Provided attractive lightning rod system and do automatic 3 year checks on the system. As an aside they were able to comment on the cedar shake roof condition while up there-a very frightening job up three stories in the air.
